The Objective:

The objective of this moose hunting workshop for women is to provide a supportive, educational, and confidence-building environment where participants gain the foundational knowledge and practical skills needed to safely and ethically prepare for a moose hunt. Through classroom instruction and collective discussion, participants will learn moose biology and behavior, hunt planning and logistics, gear selection, regulations, field safety, and post-harvest considerations. By the end of the workshop, participants will feel informed, empowered, and better prepared to participate in a moose hunt or continue building their hunting skills independently or with a friend.
