WHA Plan your Hunt Workshops
This curriculum is designed to help women move from wanting to hunt to actually building a thoughtful plan to prepare for a specific hunt around Alaska.
The goal is to help women with research on game species, regulations, units/areas of interest, transportation options, time commitments, physical preparation, firearm choice and practice, camp set-up, gear systems, meal planning and the entire process of before the shot and after the shot planning to care for your harvest.
Homework and research will be required and will be sent to your email after you register for the class.
Workshop 1 - June 11th via zoom
Time: 7:30-9p
Workshop 2- June 18th via zoom
Time: 7:30p-9p
Workshop 3 - June 25
In person 7-9
We can plan to have a BBQ for this event at if anyone can make it at 6p and everyone can bring a dish to share.
